Step 1: Questionnaire / Research

The questionnaire / research is the first step of the process. In order to understand your business goals questions need to be asked, so we can do the proper research. In this step we encourage you to be transparent about your business, and how you want it perceived in your customers eyes.

Know Your Foundation: Understand your brand’s core values, mission, vision, and guidelines. This forms the foundation for your identity.
